Charlotte Ayanna, who played Ethan Hawke's doomed wife in "Training Day," was arrested in West Hollywood this week on charges including battery on a peace officer, elder abuse and depositing human remains outside a cemetery, according to TMZ. Authorities say the bizarre scene unfolded after deputies responded to a welfare check at a home and allege Ayanna kicked a deputy and scattered cremated human remains inside.

Prosecutors filed three misdemeanor counts against the 1993 Miss Teen USA, with bail reportedly set at $50,000. Ayanna told TMZ the arrest was "illegal" and that she was never read her Miranda rights or interviewed by police before being booked.
