LOS ANGELES — Hulu released the trailer for "The Kardashians" Season 8 on Wednesday, teasing a health scare for Kim Kardashian and a direct denial from Kendall Jenner about rumored romance with model Cara Delevingne.

"There's definitely a rumor that Cara and I, like, dated," Kendall says in the trailer, "which is not true," according to The Hollywood Reporter. Kendall is currently dating actor Jacob Elordi. The trailer also shows Kim being asked about her dating life and responding, "I can't control myself," alongside footage suggesting a hospital stay tied to an unspecified health issue. Season 8 premieres Oct. 8 on Hulu and Disney+ internationally.
