A judge previously ordered Taylor to submit to drug testing after Tate sought sole legal and physical custody, citing what he described as increasingly erratic behavior. Sources close to Taylor have told entertainment outlets she believes her ex-boyfriend is feeding Tate misleading information, a claim that has not been independently verified. Taylor is separately still fighting a custody dispute involving that ex-boyfriend.
