Zak Bagans, host of "Ghost Adventures," has a new haunt: Las Vegas's famed "Underground House." Bagans purchased the Cold War-era luxury bunker, built nearly three stories below a Vegas property, for $4.55 million, buying it from the Statis Foundation, a group tied to cryogenic preservation research, according to TMZ.

The 16,000-square-foot subterranean "mansion" was completed in 1978 for Avon executive Girard "Jerry" Henderson and his wife Mary, designed by Jay Swayze — the same architect behind the Underground World Home exhibited at the 1964 New York World's Fair. It's packed with retro luxury touches built to survive a nuclear war in style.

Bagans says he intends to open the long-hidden property to the public for the first time as a museum and to feature it in an original documentary, calling it one of the most historically significant houses ever built in America, per the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
