The Disney Channel alum and the former Måneskin frontman exchanged vows Thursday, September 24, in a civil ceremony at the Palazzo dei Priori, the medieval municipal palace overlooking Montalcino's central piazza, with the town's mayor, Silvio Franceschelli, officiating.

About 30 guests, including the couple's parents and close friends, packed the frescoed hall for the ceremony, according to TMZ. The pair kept the guest list tight for the vows themselves but opened up the celebration afterward: roughly 200 people were expected for a multi-day reception at Castiglion del Bosco, a five-star wine estate in Tuscany's Val d'Orcia, running through the weekend.

Cameron and David coordinated in white and ivory. Cameron wore a tailored white suit with a belted waist, a thin tie and a draping cape, and carried a bouquet of white calla lilies; David wore an open-collared, double-breasted suit layered with a silk stole, skipping a traditional tie, per PinkNews. The two kissed on the town hall steps as guests threw confetti.

A three-year romance

Cameron, 30, and David, 27, first met at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, where both were nominated for Best New Artist, and reconnected the following year. Their relationship went public in early 2024, and they made their red-carpet debut together at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy gala that February. David announced his exit from Måneskin, the Italian rock band that won Eurovision in 2021, in 2024 to focus on a solo career, releasing his debut album "Funny Little Fears" in 2025.

The couple announced their engagement on Instagram on January 3, 2026. The ceremony was low-key by design, with tight security around the venue and no immediate individual statements from either star, though wedding images circulated quickly through European paparazzi outlets and were picked up by US entertainment press within hours.

Cameron is best known for her Disney Channel breakout in "Liv and Maddie" and the "Descendants" film franchise, and more recently for Marvel's "Agatha All Along" on Disney+. She has been open about identifying as bisexual and has built a music career alongside acting.
