VR application teaches children about recycling

Children can now sort waste into an organized garbage recycling facility without even touching dirty objects with their hands, all thanks to virtual VR reality.

Creative Agency Protein One and Rotor Studios announced this month a new app that aims to educate children in Australia about the recycling process. This application uses Oculus Rift to teleport children to the recycling site to learn how the process works and what great work the experts do in the processing of these resources.

The application transfers users to the installation where the recycling process is carried out on a precise scale. It also enables children to interact with the environment and handle the machines as they play special toys that teach them how the installation works.

Specially formulated vocal and visual aids help keep focus on learning so as to give hope to this planet, through these activities children become useful citizens for society and at some point apply all these useful things they have learned.
