A manhunt that gripped Philadelphia has ended in Las Vegas, where U.S. Marshals arrested 22-year-old Zymire Hughes, the man accused of terrorizing pedestrians near City Hall while wearing a "Chucky"-style horror-movie doll mask.

Authorities say Hughes approached strangers on the street in the mask, including one woman he allegedly asked, "Are you ready to die?" according to NBC News. He fled the East Coast by plane before investigators tracked him to Las Vegas, where he was taken into custody without incident, per CBS News Philadelphia.
