One of the things that affects the smell of our body is our diet.
There are some foods that make our skin smell more intense or even worse, sometimes. This is because some of the ingredients we get from foods or substances produced when food is broken down into the gastrointestinal can make us affect in a way that makes the body breathe unpleasant odors.
1. Cruciferous vegetables
This category includes, among others, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. These vegetables contain sulfur, a chemical with a bad smell. When cruciferous vegetables are metabolized in the body, sulfur is released through breathing or sweat, causing bad smell.
It can be a particularly nutritious food but in some people it causes bad body because its body is unable to break down the trimethylamine, a substance produced when the fish is metabolized.
3. Red meat
Research has shown that the body of people who consume more often red meat has a more unpleasant scent. The reason is that red meat is indigestible, so when it breaks down in the body it leaves behind several residues, which are then released by sweat.
