Armed men attacked in the early hours of Friday against a hotel complex in the capital of the Philippines, Manila with the Islamic State, with its posting on the internet, assume responsibility for the attack.
Social media posted photos of “Resorts World” showing smoke clouds coming out of the complex’s premises, across from the city’s international airport. Earlier, local media reported explosions and fires heard from the band’s casino.
Police armed forces have grown to the point and the armed representative said police now have control of the situation.
The US NBC news network, citing eyewitnesses, said “there are several injured.”
Eyewitnesses who spoke at local radio stations spoke of several armed men. The ANC news network reported that there were two armed men wearing masks and black outfits.
