Supreme Council of Religions of Turkey banned bitcoin!

Turkey’s Supreme Religious Council (Diyanet) has decided that the Bitcoin digital coin is inappropriate according to Islam “at this point”, according to Hurriyet.

Diyanet, by skipping a question about acquiring digital money Bitcoin and Ethereum for investment purposes, noted that this digital money is not under a control of a central authority or a guarantee from a state or financial institution.

“The acquisition and sale of digital money is not appropriate according to religion at this point because it is vulnerable in value and can easily be used for illegal acts such as money laundering. It is also out of control and oversight of the state, “Diyanet said.

It is worth mentioning that Bitcoin reached $ 10,000 for the first time on November 29th in an unprecedented rise to great investor joy but also triggering fears of a bubble.
