Tyler Herro's nearly seven-year relationship with model Katya Elise Henry has ended in a custody fight. Henry, who says she was the primary caregiver for the couple's two children — daughter Zya, born in 2021, and son Harlem, born in 2023 — is seeking primary custody, according to TMZ. She says "safeguards and parameters" should be implemented around Herro's parenting time, citing his "historical conduct," which she said she intentionally left out of the filing.

Court records reviewed by TMZ show Henry moved out of the couple's Miami mansion in February 2025 — months before Herro was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks and long before the custody case became public. Herro had earlier asked a court to set a parenting schedule and confirm his support payments before dropping that filing days later.
