Netflix filed a motion this month seeking to dismiss Tyra Banks' defamation lawsuit over its docuseries "Reality Check: Inside America's Next Top Model," arguing the supermodel-turned-mogul signed away broad editing rights when she agreed to participate and is really just unhappy with how she was portrayed, according to TMZ.

Banks' attorney, Tom Clare, pushed back on the filing, challenging Netflix to release her full unedited interview footage to prove the docuseries fairly represented what she said, per the Hollywood Reporter.

A hearing on the motion is scheduled for Oct. 30.
