Vogue World's annual fashion extravaganza took over Milan's historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II on Tuesday night, and the guest list read like an awards show. Gigi Hadid opened the show in a gold brocade, Renaissance-inspired gown, while Jennifer Lopez danced her way down the runway and Cardi B modeled a vintage pop-art Versace gown printed with old Vogue covers.

The front row and runway also included Alicia Keys performing live, Italian ballet star Roberto Bolle, MGK, J Balvin, and designers Donatella Versace, Demna and Pierpaolo Piccioli seated together. Heidi Klum, Dakota Johnson, Pamela Anderson and Naomi Watts were among the celebrities in attendance, while Madelyn Cline made her runway debut in the show's third act.

Clips of Lopez dancing and Cardi B's curve-hugging Versace look spread fast on social media, cementing the night as one of Fashion Week's most talked-about spectacles.
