Reality TV star Jax Taylor has been granted a temporary restraining order against estranged wife Brittany Cartwright as their divorce turns increasingly ugly, according to TMZ. The order runs through September 24, when a hearing is scheduled.

Taylor's team alleges Cartwright hid tequila inside their son Cruz's stroller, while Cartwright's camp counters that Taylor withheld her wedding ring and used foul language during a custody-related confrontation, per Reality Tea. Both sides are due back in court later this month.
