Gypsy Rose Blanchard is pushing back on a viral rumor that she has reunited with her ex-husband, Ryan Anderson, telling E! News exclusively that the photo fueling the speculation never happened.

The rumor took off after a TikTok video showed Blanchard dancing to a Britney Spears song over an image of her and Anderson together, with text overlay suggesting she could get back together with him now that her former fiancé and co-parent, Ken Urker, has died. "There is absolutely no contact between myself and Ryan," Blanchard told E! News, adding that the circulating photo is "AI generated."

"THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND RYAN."

A lighthearted last memory

Urker, the father of Blanchard's 21-month-old daughter Aurora, died Oct. 1 at age 34; a cause of death has not been publicly disclosed. In an interview published Oct. 10 by Page Six, Blanchard described their final playful moment together — surprising Urker with a Burger King delivery while posing as a DoorDash driver — saying she didn't realize at the time it would be the last time she saw him in person. "I'll carry that one with me forever," she said.

Blanchard and Urker met in 2017 while she was serving a prison sentence for her role in her mother's 2015 murder; she was released in December 2023. The two got engaged in 2018 and split the following year. Blanchard went on to marry Anderson in 2022 and filed for divorce less than two years later, before reuniting with Urker in the spring of 2024. The couple announced a pregnancy that year and welcomed Aurora that December.

Urker's sister, Autumn, has publicly disputed aspects of Blanchard's account of his death and the state of their relationship in interviews since his passing, though the two accounts have not been independently reconciled. Blanchard has said she believes Urker's death may have been accidental but that she does not know for certain.
