The celebrity chef, paired with pro dancer Alan Bersten, injured her toe during rehearsals over the weekend and shared a close-up of the damage in a September 7 Instagram video, saying it was "quite purple" and that she expected to "lose my toenail," according to Deadline.

Despite the injury, De Laurentiis said she planned to return to rehearsals the next day. "It hurts," she admitted, but showed no sign of backing off ahead of the show's September 15 premiere, per E! News.
