Drake spent weeks teasing it, and on Oct. 1, most of "FOMO" — his self-described "not-so-short film" — finally landed on Spotify and Apple Music. The hour-long project, which Hypebeast confirmed was heading to streaming platforms after a livestreamed September premiere, mixes Toronto lifestyle footage, celebrity cameos and a stack of unreleased music.

Directed by a team including Theo Skudra, Jake Schreier and Zong Li, "FOMO" is packed with guest appearances from Sexyy Red, Winnie Harlow, Kevin Durant, Lena the Plug and even Drake's mother, Sandi Graham. Musically, it debuted new tracks including "Quebec" and a slowed-down remix of Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas," plus collaborations with Don Toliver, Yeat and OnlyHeaven. Drake has described the whole thing as "self-funded surrealism," and HotNewHipHop reported its closing credits track reads as a pointed shot at old rivals, including Kendrick Lamar.

The release doubles as a preview of Drake's first tour of 2027, which will promote three new albums — "HABIBTI," "ICEMAN" and "MAID OF HONOUR." Fans flooded social media with reaction clips within hours of the streaming drop, debating the new songs track by track.
