Charlie and Martin Sheen Reunite as Father-Son Duo in New AMC Comedy 'Happy Jack'
The real-life father and son will star together in a multi-camera sitcom filmed in front of a live audience — in the same Warner Bros. studio where 'Friends' was shot.
LOS ANGELES — Charlie Sheen and his father Martin Sheen are set to co-star in "Happy Jack," a new multi-camera comedy ordered at AMC and AMC+, according to Variety.
Charlie Sheen plays Jack, described as a lifelong "ne'er-do-well" with two daughters who credit their grandfather, played by Martin Sheen, more than their dad for how they turned out. The six-episode first season will shoot in front of a live studio audience at the Warner Bros. lot that once housed "Friends," with a 2027 premiere targeted, Deadline reported. It's the latest onscreen pairing for the two, who previously worked together on "Anger Management" and "Two and a Half Men."
