Beatles rare and unpublished photos under hammer

At auction at Omega Auctions, on Saturday, March 24th, hundreds of photos from the first Beatles concerts in the United States were sold out for $ 358,000.

The photographer Mike Mitchell, who was about 18-year-old when the photos were taken, brought to light documents from their appearances at the Washington Coliseum and the Baltimore Civic Center in 1964.

He even managed to take pictures of the band shortly before a press conference and their arrival at the Union Station. This is about 400 negative with their copyrights. In addition to 46 photos that were sold in 2011, most of them have never been revealed.

In the same auction was sold the car, of George Harrison for $ 61,047.
