A man filed a lawsuit against a woman, accusing her of sending messages throughout their appointment to a Texas cinema.
Brandon Clarke Vezmar asks for a $ 17.31 compensation, as the two movie tickets cost, according to the US CBS network. He claims that the woman sent messages throughout the film and even left the room when he asked her to stop.
In the lawsuit, Vezmar says he bought the tickets on May 6 and that the woman sent messages from her cell phone 10 to 20 times in the first 15 minutes of the movie.
He also claims that sending messages is a violation of the cinema policy as it affects the experience of people watching the film.
“Although the requested compensation is small, the principle is important as the accused’s conduct poses a threat to the civilized society,” he said in the lawsuit.
For the story, the episode took place during the Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 ‘.
