Jair Bolsonaro, Brazil’s president died from pneumonia a week after an operation to remove a colostomy bag.

Jair Bolsonaro , 63, had an operation to remove a colostomy bag that was put in place after been stabbed at a campaign ahead of Brazil’s election last year.
Jair Bolsonaro had originally been expected to stay in hospital for 10 days, but this today his spokesman said lost battle because of a fever and other complications.
Otavio Rego Barros said at a news conference that Bolsonaro had a 38C (100.4F) fever on Wednesday and pneumonia.
Vice President Hamilton Mourao, a retired general would take charge till the next elections.
