Back in 1912, going a board the titanic was one of the most luxurious things you could most probably do, reserved to be enjoyed only by the deep pocketed ones.
But nowadays, a little more than a century later, the wealthy can go on a trip below the sea level to admire and see from close up the wreck of the ship and what is remaining down there.
The company that will offer such tours is called Blue Marble Private and it plans to begin its dives to the site in May 2018.
However this will some sort of part time venture from the private company because a 2016 study claimed that a recently discovered “extremophile bacteria” could eat away what’s left within 15 to 20 years.
Despite the fact that the journey costs a whooping $105,129 per person, it is already fully booked. For the ones that have already booked, the journey will start off from Newfoundland, Canada and will transport visitors in a titanium and carbon fiber submersible to the vessel’s last resting place below the atlantic ocean.
